目的 :探索注射用头孢硫脒在不同 pH溶液中的稳定性。 方法 :应用抗生素微生物检定法测定头孢硫脒在不同 pH溶液中的抗金黄色葡萄球菌效应 ,分别于溶解 12h ,2 4h和 4 8h后测定其效价。结果 :注射用头孢硫脒溶解于 0 .9%氯化钠溶液中最为稳定。结论 :临床使用头孢硫脒时应以中性溶液稀释。用 0 .9%氯化钠注射液为佳。
Objective: To explore the stability of cefathiamidine for injection in different pH solutions. Methods: The antimicrobial effect of cefathiamidine against Staphylococcus aureus in different pH solutions was determined by antibiotic microbiological assay. The titer of cefathiamidine was determined after 12h, 24h and 48h respectively. Results: Cefathiamidine was most stable in 0.9% sodium chloride solution for injection. Conclusion: The clinical use of cefathiamidine should be diluted with a neutral solution. With 0.9% sodium chloride injection is better.
