在国家发展中原经济区的战略部署下，农业发展和人口就业问题的悖论成为河南省亟待解决的难题。文章从理念、实践、环境等不同层面剖析了河南省大学生创业中存在的难题，然后依据利益相关者理论，提出解决的对策和建议：作为主推者的政府，要完善大学生创业融资体系、贯彻落实大学生创业政策、完善大学生创业服务体系等；作为助推者的企业，要大力发展服务业，实施社会化服务；作为施教者的高校，要从宏观上结成全国性的创业教育联盟、中观上形成广泛多样的创业教育合作团体，微观上实施校园内跨学科创业教育模式。","Under the national strategic deployment of the Economic Region of Central China ,the paradox of the agri-cultural development and employment becomes the urgent problem to be solved in Henan . This article analyzes the problem from its concept ,practice ,and environment ,and them put forward the solutions and suggestions according to the theory of Stakeholders:of the govement as the main pusher should perfect the college students ’ venture cap-ital financing system ,implement the student entrepreneurial policies ,improve the undergraduates ’ innovation serv-ice system;The enterprise as a booster should develop greatly the service sector , realize the socialize service;The u-niversity as a teaching sector should combine to a national entrepreneurship education alliance at the macro level , form a wide variety of entrepreneurial cooperation in education at the middle level ,and implement the across -disci-plines entrepreneurship education on campus at the micro level .
