本文应用高效液相色谱法研究了喜树碱钠盐(S-CPT)在pH=7.6的磷酸盐缓冲液中的热稳定性。实验结果表明,喜树碱钠盐受热作用,按一级动力学机理降解,降解反应的活化能为87.61KJ/mol。同时,本文应用一阶导数分光光度法研究了喜树碱钠的酸碱稳定性及光照稳定性。实验结果表明,喜树碱钠受反应介质中的OH~-离子催化,在光强为250×8Lux的荧光高压汞灯照射下,喜树碱钠按零级动力学机理光解。
In this paper, the thermal stability of camptothecin sodium salt (S-CPT) in phosphate buffer solution at pH = 7.6 was studied by high performance liquid chromatography. The experimental results show that camptothecin sodium salt is heated and degraded according to the first-order kinetic mechanism. The activation energy of the degradation reaction is 87.61KJ / mol. At the same time, the first derivative spectrophotometry was used to study the acid-base stability and light stability of sodium camptothecin. The experimental results show that sodium camptothecin is catalyzed by OH ~ - ions in the reaction medium, and sodium camptothecin is photolyzed by zero-order kinetics under a fluorescence high-pressure mercury lamp with a light intensity of 250 × 8Lux.
