电力企业人力资源改革已经进入了纵深阶段,残酷的现实迫使电力企业人力资源管理必须建立现代机制,随着我国电力行业的体制改革,电力系统由以往的垄断行业和计划经济环境转变为市场竞争环境。电力企业按照市场经济的经营方式运作,已经成为必须遵循的准则。因此,只有通过建立以市场竞争机制为核心的电力企业经营激励和约束机制,才能更好的提升电力企业的管理以及提高电力企业的效益。
Human resource reform in power enterprises has entered a deep stage. The cruel reality has forced the human resource management of power enterprises to establish a modern mechanism. With the reform of power industry in our country, the power system has changed from a monopoly industry and a planned economy to a market competition environment . Power companies operating in accordance with the market economy mode of operation, has become a must follow the guidelines. Therefore, only by setting up an incentive and restraint mechanism for the operation of power enterprises with the market competition mechanism as the core can we better enhance the management of the power enterprises and enhance the efficiency of power enterprises.
