对双曲空腹扁网壳结构1/12缩尺模型进行试验研究,分析研究该结构在静力作用下的内力分布特性,并运用有限元软件ANSYS及空间网架设计软件MSTCAD对模型结构进行了分析.研究表明:双曲空腹网壳结构具有较好的刚度;竖向荷载作用下,弦杆以受轴力为主,腹杆主要受剪力作用,结构传力路径明确;理论计算采用的“梁-柱单元”基本能够模拟双曲空腹网壳结构的力学性能,但下弦杆件的实测值与理论分析值存在一定偏差,其原因值得进一步研究.
Experimental study on the 1/12 scale model of hyperbolic fast reticulated shell structure was carried out. The internal force distribution of the structure under static load was analyzed and studied. The structure of the model was analyzed by finite element software ANSYS and space network design software MSTCAD The results show that: the hyperbolic web structure has good stiffness; under the action of vertical load, the chord is mainly subjected to the axial force, the web is mainly subjected to the shearing force, and the force transmission path is clear; the theoretical calculation The beam-column element can simulate the mechanical properties of the diaper web structure. However, there is a certain deviation between the measured value and the theoretical value of the lower chord element, which is worth further study.
