胺碘酮和稳心颗粒治疗心衰并心律失常疗效观察

目的探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心衰合并心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取北京市平谷区医院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的60例心衰合并心律失常患者,按治疗方法不同随机分为对照组与研究组各30例,对照组采用口服胺碘酮治疗方法,研究组采用胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗方法,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果研究组的显效率50.0%,有效率为43.3%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组的显效率为23.3%,有效率为36.7%,总有效率为60.0%。两组患者治疗前NT-pro BNP浓度无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者NT-pro BNP浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗后患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心衰并心律失常患者应用胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗能够有效改善临床疗效,适于临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granule in treating heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods Sixty patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia who were treated in Pinggu District Hospital of Beijing from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The patients in control group were treated with oral amiodarone Treatment, the study group using amiodarone combined with Wenxin particles treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the study group was 50.0%, the effective rate was 43.3% and the total effective rate was 93.3%. The effective rate of the control group was 23.3%, the effective rate was 36.7% and the total effective rate was 60.0%. NT-pro BNP concentrations in two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After treatment, the concentration of NT-pro BNP in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granules in patients with clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granule in patients with heart failure and arrhythmia can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and is suitable for clinical popularization and use.
