随着我国经济的发展和国家对职业教育的重视,中职教育规模进一步扩大,中职生绝大多数毕业后将直接跨进社会,步入职业生涯。他们的职业道德和法律意识如何,直接关系到我国产业大军的素质,关系到国家和民族的未来。因此,如何在中职德育课实施过程中培养、提高学生的职业素养,促进学生全面发展,已经是一个亟待解决的问题。对此,笔者在教学过程中有以下几点体会,和大家共同探讨。一、更新教学理念,发挥学生主体作用
