研究了碳钢和镀锌钢在都江堰市1个实验点4个微环境不同监测点1和3 a的大气腐蚀行为。对碳钢和镀锌钢在4个监测点的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀速率和腐蚀产物进行了测定和分析。结果表明,4个监测点的温度和相对湿度存在显著差异,导致碳钢和镀锌钢在4个监测点的腐蚀速率不同。随实验周期的增加,碳钢和镀锌钢的腐蚀速率减小。镀锌层能有效地减缓基体金属在大气环境中的腐蚀。而相对湿度和潮湿时间及相对湿度的波动是影响碳钢和镀锌钢腐蚀行为的重要因素。
The atmospheric corrosion behavior of carbon steel and galvanized steel at 1 and 3 years at four monitoring sites in a microenvironment at one experimental site in Dujiangyan City was studied. The corrosion morphology, corrosion rate and corrosion products of carbon steel and galvanized steel at 4 monitoring points were measured and analyzed. The results show that there are significant differences in temperature and relative humidity between the four monitoring points, resulting in different corrosion rates of carbon steel and galvanized steel at the four monitoring points. As the experimental period increases, the corrosion rate of carbon steel and galvanized steel decreases. Galvanized layer can effectively reduce the base metal corrosion in the atmosphere. The relative humidity and humidity time and relative humidity fluctuations is an important factor affecting the corrosion behavior of carbon steel and galvanized steel.
