本文主要探讨基于行为心理学理论的产品设计对用户行为模式的导向性作用,首先将用户的行为按照一定的标准分级,并用不同的设计方法针对不同级别的行为进行导向;然后论述了在此过程中需要考虑用户的三项条件;最后总结了可以运用在产品设计过程中的方法。主要目的是通过设计的导向性让使用者在使用产品的过程中建立起行为上的刺激和反馈,从而使产品的设计起到引导用户行为的作用。
This paper mainly discusses the guiding role of product design to user behavior patterns based on the theory of behavioral psychology. Firstly, the user’s behavior is classified according to certain criteria and different design methods are used to guide different levels of behavior. Then, In the need to consider the user’s three conditions; Finally, the summary can be used in the product design process. The main purpose of this design is to let the user set up behavioral stimuli and feedback during the process of using the product through the design orientation, so that the design of the product plays the role of guiding the user’s behavior.
