学习评价作为教学活动的重要一环,理应在诊断和改进教学上发挥其积极作用,但从现实情况看,学校和老师主要是利用考试成绩对学生进行甄别和选拔,恰恰忽视了它的诊断反馈功能。笔者认为,教师要把学习评价作为提高教学针对性和有效性的重要手段,充分利用评价结果诊断和改进自己的教学。下面,笔者以学期末质量调研筛选的部分错题为例,谈谈如何利用评价结果诊断和改进教学。
