语用知识与能力的提高,不仅有利于学生充实专业理论知识,更有利于大家准确又得体地使用所学语言进行交际,真正的掌握并应用一门语言。但笔者通过对初中英语教学方法及内容的调查研究发现,在初中英语教学中绝大多数人对英语学习的关注点都集中到了如何系统地掌握语法知识,快速地扩大词汇量,在短时间内提升英语写作能力等问题上,而并非将语言作为日常交流的工具,从而使语言学习的动机和目的也发生了改变,学生的语用能力没有得到全面培养。针对这个问题,该文从语用学的角度讨论现存中学英语教学方法和内容的利弊,并提出诸如加强课文内容背景知识介绍等一系列措施,从全面提高学生的语用能力出发,改进中学英语教学。
The improvement of pragmatic knowledge and abilities not only helps students to enrich professional theoretical knowledge, but also facilitates the accurate and proper use of the language they use to communicate with each other, and real mastery and application of a language. However, the author of the junior middle school English teaching methods and content of the survey found that the vast majority of English teaching in junior high school English focus on learning how to systematically grasp the grammar knowledge, rapid expansion of vocabulary, in a short period of time Improve English writing skills and other issues, rather than the language as a daily tool for exchange, so that the motivation and purpose of language learning has changed, the students’ pragmatic competence has not been fully developed. To solve this problem, this paper discusses the pros and cons of existing English teaching methods and contents from the perspective of pragmatics, and puts forward some measures such as strengthening the introduction of background information of text contents. From the perspective of comprehensively improving students’ pragmatic competence and improving middle school English teaching.
