在严重多系统创伤病人中心肌挫伤常被漏诊。本文作者对50例因损伤机制和理学检查所见提示心脏非穿透性损伤病人进行了一系列肌氨酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CPK/MB)测定,连续心律失常监测,和至少72小时心电图检查。入院48小时内所有病人都作了二维超声心动图。72％获得可检出的CPK/MB。
Myocardial contusion is often missed in severe trauma patients. The authors performed a series of measurements of creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CPK / MB), continuous arrhythmia monitoring, and at least a 72-hour electrocardiogram (ECG) for 50 patients implicated in non-penetrating lesions of the heart as a result of injury mechanisms and physiologic tests an examination. All patients within 48 hours of admission were made two-dimensional echocardiography. 72% get detectable CPK / MB.
