As the world’s largest gaming agency, Macau’s casino attracts millions of guests every year from around the world. Desktop games are one of the most popular items, which means front-line staff are more important at the gaming table than their role in other areas. In the age of consumer sovereignty, Macau’s gambling agencies have to attract and retain guests through fierce competition and put more pressure on front-line workers. The author of the book explores how it builds its interaction with guests and its autonomous learning model from the perspective of the desk-top supervisor in the Macau gaming facility.
