结合本校学生基础较差,学生缺乏自信,对学习没有习惯、方法、要求和目标,自我组织过程很难落实,教师一个人的力量也显得十分单薄等特点,笔者在教学中研究尝试了“培养学习带头人”的方法,先使部分学生树立学习目标,提升学习信心,成为学习的引领者和组织者,协助教师突破学生不会学习、不想学习的局面,在学生带动、形成了共学氛围与局面。一、“学习带头人”的产生与作用本着自愿的原则,学生自愿报名,笔者从中推选一部分品学兼优的学生,组成“学习带头人”队伍,然后再利用课外活动时间,或者自习辅导时间
