Load 67t cement hopper truck A brake lever drive standard system for a four-axle truck with an asymmetrical brake cylinder arrangement. There are a series of structural defects in the lever transmission of a cement hopper car manufactured before 1970: there is no automatic brake shoe clearance, and the brake cylinder “dead point” is unsuccessfully set on the structure. The research and application of braking efficiencies of four-axle trucks with similar sketches and leveraged transmission defects indicate that the braking efficiency of these trucks fundamentally determines the size of the piston rod stroke of the sub-brake cylinder and the adjustment of the lever transmission.
