分析了HYG型化工石油管道泵输送粘性液体和无粘性烃类液体时吸入能力的影响因素,由于液体的粘性和饱和蒸汽压引起汽蚀余量和阻力损失的变化,导致吸入能力减弱。给出了影响因素与吸入能力的计算图表,为泵的高效、可靠运行和吸入装置的设计提供了理论依据。
The influencing factors on the suction capacity of viscous and non-viscous hydrocarbon liquids transported by HYG chemical oil pipeline pumps are analyzed. The changes of the cavitation allowance and the resistance loss due to the viscous liquid and the saturated vapor pressure lead to the decrease of suction capacity. The calculation charts of influencing factors and inhalation capacity are given, which provide theoretical basis for the design of pump with high efficiency and reliable operation and inhalation device.
