以不同方法清洗消毒血液透析复用血路管道后，用ＰＣＲ法进行了灭活ＨＢＶＤＮＡ效果的检测。以含有效氯１００００ｍｇ／Ｌ的次氯酸钠溶液清洗消毒后，再用２％甲醛溶液灭菌的效果较好。
