随着我国教育体制改革的不断发展,我国幼儿园管理教育的改革也在如火如荼的进行中,为适应新课改课程的要求,对“幼儿”教育的工作要进行循序渐进的变化,在教学内容和教学方法上应寻求新的教学理念,这是适应国家整体教育体制的要求,也是对整个幼儿教学基本教学方式和教学观念的改变,在教育教学过程中应综合性的、全方位的展现新时期下幼儿管理的特征,同时展现出新课改的变化,积极的探索新的管理方式,对现有教学理念和制度进行大胆改革,建立起与当代幼儿教育体系相吻合的教育教学模式,为全面推进“新课改”工作奠定基础,本文则从我国幼儿教育当前形式出发,简单阐述新时期下我国幼儿园管理工作的创新方法,以供参考。
