(一)热茶壶催芽法 取谷壳2.5公斤(谷壳重量约为种子重量的2倍),先将谷壳用开水消毒,也可用40℃的温水稀释25%多菌灵至800~1000倍消毒。消毒后装入底部钻有小孔的厚塑料桶中。再将消过毒、浸泡好的种子用干净棉布包好,置于谷壳中央,桶口盖一层棉布或麻袋,最外用薄膜盖住,并反扎在桶沿上。然后每天早晨将种子取出来用25~30℃温水浸泡2~3分钟,同时用70~90℃的热水均匀地泼洒在谷壳中,趁热将种子包埋入热谷壳堆中,盖好谷壳、棉布及薄膜。以后每天中午和晚上揭开薄膜,用70~90℃热水洒淋谷壳一次,催芽桶外套一只相同的好桶,好桶中的冷水要及时倒掉。根据不同种子催芽过程所需要的适温决定泼洒热水次数和温度。
