用固相微萃取(SPME)、Tenax-TA吸附剂法结合气相色谱(GC)以及气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)等技术,从不同诱导处理水稻植株(机械损伤、褐飞虱危害(具刺吸式口器)、斜纹夜蛾危害(具咀嚼式口器))及健康植株中分离鉴定了16种挥发性物质.不同处理水稻挥发物化学成分与含量有明显差别,受斜纹夜蛾伤害的水稻,其挥发物的含量与种类最多,其次为受褐飞虱伤害3和5d的植株,健康植株、机械损伤植株以及受褐飞虱伤害1和2d的水稻植株的挥发物种类少且含量低.在双向选择实验中,褐飞虱对健康植株、机械损伤植株以及褐飞虱危害植株的定向选择行为无显著差异,斜纹夜蛾诱导的水稻挥发物对褐飞虱具有明显的拒避作用.
The effects of different treatments on rice plants (mechanical damage, Nilaparvata lugens (Nilaparvata lugens), Nilaparvata lugens (Habitat)), Thorn-sucking mouthpart), Spodoptera litura (with chewing mouthpart)) and healthy plants, 16 volatile substances were isolated and identified.Different chemical compositions and contents of volatile compounds in rice were significantly different, and were affected by Spodoptera litura Of rice had the highest content and variety of volatiles, followed by plants damaged by Nilaparvata lugens for 3 and 5 days. In the selection experiment, there was no significant difference between the brown planthopper and the plant of the planthopper, and the plants that were injured by the planthopper and the planthopper that had been impacted by the planthopper. The rice volatiles induced by Spodoptera litura showed obvious repellent effects on the planthopper.
