自觉减少睡眠时间现象是现代社会日益突出的特点。以往大多数研究针对的是短期内完全不睡眠,而不是在一个阶段内的把每天的睡眠时间限制在低于正常的水平上。已有的关于睡眠限制的研究提示,它会对机体的神经行为机能、生理、生化、代谢和内分泌等功能造成显著影响,还可能与糖尿病、心脏病、肥胖症等的发生相关。
Consciously reduce the phenomenon of sleep time is an increasingly prominent feature of modern society. Most previous studies aimed at not sleeping at all in the short term, rather than limiting the daily sleep time to less than normal levels in a single period. Existing research on sleep restriction suggests that it may have significant effects on the neurobehavioral function, physiology, biochemistry, metabolism and endocrine functions of the body, and may also be related to the occurrence of diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
