本文叙述了用磁选法和浮选法生产不同品级的长石精矿。代表性试样由土耳其马里萨西地区采集的。其组成为(%):5·94K2O、3·14Na2O、0·61CaO、0·41MgO、0·09TiO2、0·54Fe2O3、15·70Al2O3和73·08SiO2。光薄片显微镜研究表明,白云母、黑云母、电气石、榍石和金红石以20~500μm粒度浸染在正长石、钠长石和石英基质中。矿石中矿物的单体解离粒度为300μm。磁选非磁性产品主要为长石和石英的混合物,其中含5·86%K2O和2·96%Na2O,长石浮选后获得的长石精矿含9·22%K2O和4·22%Na2O。为了进一步提高K2O含量,用NaCl抑制钠长石,浮选钾长石,最终获得含12·65%K2O、3·10%Na2O、0·11%Fe2O3和0·04%TiO2的钾长石精矿。其锥形扣在1200℃煅烧后具亮白色。
This paper describes the use of magnetic separation and flotation method to produce different grades of feldspar concentrate. Representative samples were collected from the Malisa Sassi region of Turkey. Its composition is (%): 594K2O, 3.14Na2O, .61CaO, .41MgO, .09TiO2, .54Fe2O3, .1570Al2O3 and 73.08SiO2. Light flake microscopy studies showed that muscovite, biotite, tourmaline, limonium and rutile were disseminated in orthoclase, albite and quartz matrices at particle sizes of 20-500 μm. The minerals in the ore have a monomer dissociation particle size of 300 μm. Magnetic non-magnetic products are mainly feldspar and quartz mixture, which contains 5 · 86% K2O and 2.96% Na2O, feldspar feldspar obtained after flotation containing 9 · 22% K2O and 4.22% Na2O . In order to further increase the K2O content, sodium albite was inhibited by NaCl and flotation of potash feldspar, finally potassium feldspar was obtained containing 12.65% K2O, 3.10% Na2O, 0.11% Fe2O3 and 0.04% TiO2 mine. The tapered buckle at 1200 ℃ with bright white after calcination.
