本文以实测的转8A铸钢侧架随机载荷谱为依据,采用实测的ZG230─450铸钢材料的有关材料参数和S─N曲线,用局部应力─应变法加上断裂力学方法估算了该侧架的疲劳总寿命,并与名义应力法计算结果进行了比较。计算表明,两种方法所得的疲劳总寿命基本是一致的。本文还对侧架在恒幅脉动载荷作用下用局部应力─应变所得的侧架疲劳裂纹形成寿命进行了实验验证,其结果也是令人满意的。
Based on the measured random load spectrum of Zhuan 8A cast steel side frame, the relevant material parameters and SN curves of the measured ZG230450 steel are used to estimate the side-stress by the method of local stress-strain method and fracture mechanics The total fatigue life of the frame was compared with that of the nominal stress method. Calculations show that the total fatigue life of the two methods is basically the same. In addition, the fatigue life of the side frame obtained by the local stress-strain is also experimentally verified under the constant amplitude pulsation load. The result is also satisfactory.
