本文研究了硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中（ｐＨ＝ １１ ．０） ，钴? 催化过氧化氢氧化桑色素的反应，建立了动力光度法测定痕量钴的新方法．方法灵敏度高，线性范围０ ～０ ．１ μｇ·ｍｌ－１ ，检出限为０ ．２ ×１０ － １０ ｇ·ｍｌ－ １ ．实测了含钴药品中Ｃｏ ? 含量，结果令人满意．
In this paper, the reaction of borax-sodium hydroxide (pH = 11.0) and cobalt-catalyzed oxidation of morin by hydrogen peroxide was studied. A new method for the determination of trace cobalt by kinetic spectrophotometry was established. The method has high sensitivity and linear range of 0 ~ 0. 1 μg · ml-1, the detection limit was zero. 2 × 10 - 10 g · ml-1. Measured cobalt content in cobalt-containing drugs, the results are satisfactory.
