摩擦焊直接能量控制法是一种以摩擦能量为控制对象的闭环控制方法,采用先进的单片机测控技术及高精度的检测方法,直接检测驱动电机的实时输入功率以获得实时摩擦能量;并以此为闭环控制对象,对焊接过程进行控制.同以往开环控制法相比,克服了工艺参数的波动对接头质量的影响,从而大大减少了焊前工作量;同时也减少了人为因素对接头质量的影响,使焊接质量达到一个新水平。
