自古以来,我国的传统教育思想都 十分注重育人,教书和育人总是紧密相 连的。由于现行的应试教育,社会和学校 评价教师的标准只有一个:学生成绩,使 得课堂教学中形成“重知识,轻教育”的 “一手硬,一手软”现象。数学教师只注重 专业技能的提高,但忽视了文学、艺术素 养的提高。枯燥的知识讲解,生硬的说 教,过重的学习负担,只能一点点磨灭学 生对数学的兴趣。因此数学课应该渗透 育人教育,课堂上,一个具体问题的抽 象,一个同类问题的联想,一个恰当的比 喻,一个智慧的幽默,一个生动的玩笑, 学生回答问题时一句恰到好处的评语, 等等。都能折射出数学教师的人格魅力, 都能渗透进人生哲理,数学文化与数学 人文精神。学生听这样的数学课,更容易 “亲其师,信其道”。在育人教育的轻松氛 围中完成教学任务,这或许就是数学教 学中的育人教育。
