Shanghai people like to eat breakfast rice for breakfast, but there is light rice is not happy, must be accompanied by pie and fritters in order to form a complete breakfast culture in Shanghai. Although there are other tricks for breakfast, such as the “Four Diamonds” (which are known to all in Shanghai) (with soy milk and rice cake), they are covered by “pancakes and fritters.” In the early years, very close to my home, there was a pastry and fritters snack shop. The shop is built along the road to take the wall, although the slipped three or four facades, but the extent of its shabby is really “heinous” degree. The roof will leaking on a rainy day. Usually, a person who will be blown down by the wind at any time will not be concerned about those who sit there and still enjoy it.
