随着我国加入世贸组织,社会已经不断地呈现全球化经济趋势,很多国外企业不断地涌入我国的市场,使得市场的竞争非常激烈,我国企业面临着巨大的挑战,企业经营过程中,会受很多不确定的细小因素影响,如果企业不能对这些有所准备,就无法面对突如其来的危机,给企业带来很大的损失,所以危机管理对于企业非常的重要。本文对企业的市场营销危机管理做几点探索。
