激光直写系统实现了数码面阵图像输入方式。对于大面积3D或光学可变图像,可以用面积分割法将大图像分割成许多小区域图像。计算机软件逐个完成小区域3D或光学可变图像,最后拼成最终图像。另一种方法,也可以采用分色显示图层,逐层光刻,最后合成最终图像。本软件系统是针对后者实现相应控制功能设计。要实现上述图像按色分层再合成为原始图像,须首先对原始图像预先进行数据定义,再进行分层处理成需要的光刻文件,这一过程由本图像处理软件来完成。在得到所需要的光刻文件后,需要顺序读取光刻文件里的数据,并显示在DMD上。
