介绍了连铸复合工艺对连铸复合结晶器的要求,选用了石墨结晶器外加水冷铜套的复合系统生产,给出了石墨结晶器的主要尺寸。实验结果表明:采用该连铸复合结晶器所获得的冷却速度为-50~-95℃/s、轴瓦材料的Pb相颗粒尺寸<10μm,粘结强度≥0.95×102MPa,完全可以满足实际生产的要求。
The requirements of continuous casting composite process for continuous casting mold are introduced. The production of composite mold with graphite mold plus water-cooled copper sleeve is introduced.
