物资采购管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,采用正确的采购管理模式可以有效地减少建设成本,依靠有限的人员来提高采购效率,对工程项目的顺利实施和盈利有着重要的意义。海外欠发达地区市场尚不成熟,物资供给经常不足,且市场操作不规范,给项目实施造成很大风险。以非洲国家某地区为研究案例,探讨欠发达地区物资采购的管理方法,为海外欠发达地区建筑企业的物资采购管理提供具有借鉴意义的采购措施和方案。
Material procurement management is an important part of project management. Using the correct procurement management mode can effectively reduce the construction cost and rely on limited personnel to improve the procurement efficiency. It is of great significance to the smooth implementation and profitability of the project. The markets in underdeveloped regions of overseas countries are not yet mature, the supply of materials is often inadequate, and the market operation is not standardized, posing a great risk to project implementation. Taking a certain area of African countries as a case study, this paper explores the management methods of materials procurement in underdeveloped areas and provides reference measures for purchase management of construction enterprises in underdeveloped areas.
