单分散性的阳离子聚合物微球在分子自组装、细胞检测、DNA载体、催化剂以及光学材料等方面都具有广泛的应用前景。然而可抽滤性和单分散性的阳离子纳米聚苯乙烯微球因其制备技术较复杂而很少有文献报道。本方法利用无皂乳液聚合,在苯乙烯单体聚合6h后,再通过缓慢加入阳离子季铵盐单体与聚苯乙烯微球进行接技的方法,成功制备出单分散性的阳离子纳米聚苯乙烯微球,并利用TEM、SEM以及光电子能谱对聚苯乙烯微球进行了分析,测试结果表明,季铵盐单体的加入速度对阳离子聚苯乙烯微球制备具有较大影响。
Monodisperse cationic polymer microspheres have a wide range of applications in molecular self-assembly, cell testing, DNA carriers, catalysts and optical materials. However, the filterability and monodispersity of cationic nano-polystyrene microspheres because of its more complex and rarely reported in the literature. The method utilizes soap-free emulsion polymerization, and after the styrene monomer is polymerized for 6 hours, the cationic quaternary ammonium salt monomer and the polystyrene microsphere are slowly added to conduct the connection technique, thereby successfully preparing the monodisperse cationic nano-polybenzene The microspheres were characterized by TEM, SEM and photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the addition rate of quaternary ammonium salt had a great effect on the preparation of cationic polystyrene microspheres.
