利用Si1-xGex的等离子体色散效应,对1.3μm和1.55μm光通信波长的Si基Si1-xGex波长信号分离器进行了理论分析,设计了结构参数和电学参数,并分析了其分支特性.
Based on the plasma dispersion effect of Si1-xGex, the theoretical analysis of the Si-based Si1-xGex signal splitter with 1.3μm and 1.55μm optical communication wavelengths is carried out. The structural and electrical parameters are designed and their branch characteristics are analyzed .
