徐洪河沙集闸站工程设计抽水能力50m~3/s、泄洪流量200m~3/s,非常运行校核流量为400m~3/s;工程结构及布置均较为特殊,且挡水水头高,沙土河床,地震烈度高.为了确保工程的功能与安全,徐洪河续建工程指挥部委托江苏机电排灌工程研究所进行整体模型试验,对进水能力、消能防冲、水流流态、泥沙淤积等进行试验研究.1991年5~8月完成了全部任务,取得如下成果:(1)测得流量系数与设计的取用值相符合,能保证过流能力;(2)泄流堰面负压不超过规范
