目的:建立HPLC法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为KromasilC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液-磷酸(60∶40∶0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为225nm,柱温40℃。结果:线性范围为5.0~100μg·mL-1(r=1.000),相对标准偏差为0.4%~0.5%。结论:本实验建立了一种灵敏、快速、准确的HPLC法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rizatriptan benzoate. Methods: The column was Kromasil C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate-phosphoric acid (60:40:0.1) as mobile phase at a flow rate 1.0mL · min-1, detection wavelength of 225nm, column temperature 40 ℃. Results: The linear range was 5.0-100μg · mL-1 (r = 1.000) with relative standard deviation of 0.4% -0.5%. Conclusion: This experiment established a sensitive, rapid and accurate HPLC method for the determination of rizatriptan benzoate content.
