为分析定向钢纤维混凝土中钢纤维的分布,通过X-CT扫描原位测试确定了混凝土中所有钢纤维的空间位置坐标,根据钢纤维空间坐标,分析计算钢纤维的角度分布及纤维方向效应系数。结果表明,定向钢纤维混凝土中,与设计的目标方向夹角<30°的钢纤维根数占总数量的比例达85%,定向钢纤维的定向效果较好;定向钢纤维混凝土中纤维方向效应系数增加25%,增强效率显著提高。
