在江浙吴语区内,祭奠死者的仪式被称为“羹饭”。“羹饭”一词具有“祭奠死者”的意涵则起源于南宋时期。随着社会经济文化的发展,“羹饭”一词被赋予了新的含义,并且在之后的文学作品中大量出现。“羹饭”一词背后还折射出江浙地区,豆腐与丧葬习俗的文化关系。本文将重点考察“羹饭”一词的语义嬗变及其所承载的文化内涵。
Wujiang District in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the ceremony to pay homage to the deceased was called “soup rice.” “Soup rice ” has the word “sacrifice the dead ” meaning originated in the Southern Song Dynasty. With the development of social economy and culture, the word “soup” was given a new meaning and appeared in large quantities in later literary works. “Fried rice ” behind the word also reflects the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, the cultural relationship between tofu and funeral customs. This article will focus on examining the semantic evolution and the cultural connotations of the word “soup”.
