目的 探讨下丘脑弓状核在动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成中的影响。 方法 用谷氨酸单钠毁损弓状核 后,检测血清中与AS形成密切相关的总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX LDL)、一氧化 氮(NO)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的变化。 结果 毁损弓状核后血清中促AS形成的物质如TC、OX LDL、MDA明显 增高,而有抗AS作用的NO则降低,HDL无变化。 结论 毁损下丘脑弓状核对AS的形成有促进作用,下丘脑可 能参与AS的调控。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in the formation of atherosclerosis (AS). Methods After arginine monosodium was used to injuried arcuate nucleus, the level of total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX LDL), nitric oxide (NO) and lipid peroxides (LPO) changes. Results The contents of AS, OX, LDL and MDA in the serum were significantly increased after the arcuate nucleus was destroyed, while the NO with anti-AS effect was decreased and the HDL was unchanged. Conclusion The damage of arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus can promote the formation of AS, and the hypothalamus may be involved in the regulation of AS.
