学习心理作为一种重要的社会性心理品质,是大学生心理素质和健康个性的有机组成部分之一。加强对大学舞蹈专业学生心理变化的研究,对于促进学生舞蹈专业技能发展、提高教学品质具有现实意义。笔者作为一名本科院校的舞蹈教师,经过多年教学,发现大学生在舞蹈专业课程学习过程中会遇到自卑、就业焦虑等心理问题。针对这些学习心理,本文提出了几点看法与建议,以期为大学舞蹈专业课程提供理论依据。
As an important social psychological quality, learning psychology is an integral part of college students’ psychological quality and health personality. Strengthening the research on psychological changes of college dance majors has practical significance in promoting students’ professional development of dance skills and improving teaching quality. As a dance teacher of an undergraduate college, after many years of teaching, I find that college students encounter psychological problems such as low self-esteem and employment anxiety during their study of dance courses. In view of these learning psychology, this article puts forward some views and suggestions, with a view to provide a theoretical basis for college dance professional courses.
