本文在晶体管多谐振荡器构成的压控振荡器基础上,设计了一种FSK振荡发射电路。相比其他类型的压控振荡器,晶体管多谐振荡器构成的压控振荡器具有电路简单,启动时间快等特点。文中介绍了这种FSK振荡发射电路的理论分析和方法,实现了3.9MHz和4.5MHz的FSK信号生成电路,通过仿真得到的结果与理论分析的结果相一致。
In this paper, based on the voltage-controlled oscillator composed of transistor multivibrator, a FSK oscillation transmitter is designed. Compared to other types of voltage-controlled oscillator, the voltage-controlled oscillator composed of transistor multivibrator has the characteristics of simple circuit and fast startup time. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and method of FSK oscillation transmitter circuit are introduced, and the FSK signal generation circuit of 3.9MHz and 4.5MHz are realized. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
