采用集中质量-弹簧模型,建立高位板坯托出机传动系统的扭转振动模型,利用MATLAB计算各阶固有频率及前三阶固有频率所对应的主振型,分析该传动系统的振动特性,为设计高位板坯托出机传动系统结构提供了理论依据。
The torsional vibration model of high-level slab-ejector transmission system is established by using the concentrated mass-spring model. By using MATLAB to calculate the natural frequency of each step and the main mode corresponding to the first three natural frequencies, the vibration characteristics of the transmission system are analyzed. The design of the structure of the upper slab ejector drive system provides a theoretical basis.
