齿轮泵以净化油作为工作液,其寿命是相当长的。但是,工作液是油和泥浆的混合液,而在泥浆中又含有颗粒度为0.04毫米以下的岩石微粒,含量为1%,这使泵的寿命大大缩短了。为提高齿轮泵的寿命,满足油田开发工作的需要,提出了齿轮泵抗污染能力的研究。在新制成的齿轮泵中,采用了小间隙阻挡大於小间隙的岩石微粒侵入滑动面之内,采用孔隙度大的软性材料嵌藏能通过小间隙进入滑动面的岩石微粒,提高了齿轮泵抗污染的能力。相继又以软性材料改善因间隙小带来的润滑条件恶化,使齿轮泵的寿命从500小时提高到3000小时,实为六倍以上,得到使用单位的承认和赞扬。本文简介这一研究工作的具体内容,可供同行参考。
Gear pump to clean oil as a working fluid, its life is quite long. However, the working fluid is a mixture of oil and mud, and the mud contains rock particles with a particle size of 0.04 mm or less in a content of 1%, which greatly shortens the life of the pump.
