鸡卵清蛋白上游启动子转录因子2(COUP-TF2)是核受体家族的重要成员,其编码基因位于第15号染色体。COUP-TF2参与调节血管和淋巴管生成、能量代谢和脂肪生成、神经发育和器官形成等。COUP-TF2可抑制肿瘤细胞表面MHCⅠ类分子的表达,导致肿瘤细胞逃避免疫系统的监视从而诱发肿瘤。COUP-TF2也在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,且其表达水平与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关。COUP-TF2还可通过调节血管和淋巴管生成、肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移、肿瘤细胞对激素的敏感性等机制参与肿瘤的发生发展。本文就COUP-TF2的生理作用及其参与肿瘤发生发展的分子机制进行综述。
Upstream of chicken ovalbumin transcription factor 2 (COUP-TF2) is an important member of nuclear receptor family, its coding gene is located on chromosome 15. COUP-TF2 is involved in the regulation of blood vessel and lymphangiogenesis, energy metabolism and adipogenesis, neurodevelopment and organ formation. COUP-TF2 inhibits the expression of MHC class I molecules on the surface of tumor cells, resulting in the tumor cells evading the immune system by monitoring the tumor cells. COUP-TF2 is also highly expressed in a variety of tumor tissues, and its expression level is positively correlated with the degree of malignancy of the tumor. COUP-TF2 can also participate in tumor development by regulating the formation of blood vessels and lymphangiogenesis, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, and sensitivity of tumor cells to hormones. This article reviews the physiological role of COUP-TF2 and its molecular mechanisms involved in tumorigenesis.
