摘 要:人們对汽车车内噪音舒适性评价越显关注。车辆的NVH性能正在成为汽车开发过程中的最重要指标,白车身动刚度作为NVH性能关键指标之一,具有重要意义。本文以某车型为研究对象,阐述了白车身动刚度基本分析过程,并选取后悬减震器接附点动刚度为优化对象,通过CAE仿真技术,识别后悬减震器接附点动刚度不足的主要原因并进行优化,实现了该车身NVH性能提高。

Dynamic Stiffness Analysis and Optimization of BIW Based on CAE Simulation Technology

Abstract:People pay more attention to the evaluation of the interior noise comfort. Vehicle NVH performance is becoming the most important index in the process of vehicle development. As one of the key indexes of NVH performance analysis, the dynamic stiffness of body in white is of great significance. Taking a vehicle as the research object, this paper describes the basic analysis process of the dynamic stiffness of the body in white, and selects the dynamic stiffness of the connection point of the rear suspension shock absorber as the optimization object. Through the CAE simulation technology, the main reasons for the insufficient dynamic stiffness of the connection point of the rear suspension shock absorber are identified and optimized, and the NVH performance of the body is improved.
