目的:系统研究辽东楤木根皮、不定芽(嫩茎及幼叶)的生药学特征,以鉴别其根皮与五加皮,避免临床用药混乱,同时理论上指导辽东楤木的根段扦插技术。方法:通过实地采集获得样品,采用性状、显微组织鉴别技术,对样品进行系统的生药学鉴别。结果:明确了辽东楤木根皮、不定芽(嫩茎及幼叶)的性状、显微特征。结论:辽东楤木根皮、嫩茎及幼叶的性状和横切面组织、粉末均有专属的鉴别特征;辽东楤木次生韧皮部尤为发达,为不定芽由此分生提供充足营养物质。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically study the biomedical characteristics of root bark, adventitious buds (tender stems and young leaves) of Alnus liiandicus in order to identify its root bark and Wujiapi, to avoid clinical drug confusion and to theoretically guide the root cutting of alder . Methods: The samples were obtained by field collection, and the samples were systematically identified by using biopsy and microscopic identification techniques. Results: The characters and microscopic features of root bark, adventitious shoots (young stems and young leaves) of Alnus cremastogyne were identified. CONCLUSION: The characters of root bark, young stem and young leaves of Liaodongzi and its cross-section tissue and powder all have their own distinguishing characteristics. The secondary phloem of Liaodong alnus is especially developed, which provides adventitious buds with adequate nutrients.
