目的 探讨血浆内脏脂肪素与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性.方法 选择PCOS患者53例,正常对照(C)组27例.检测空腹血糖(FBC)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆同醇(TC)、血浆内脏脂肪素,计算体重指数(BMI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI).将PCOS患者分为胰岛素抵抗(A1)组和非胰岛抵抗(A2)组与C组比较,再将PCOS患者分为肥胖(B1)组和非肥胖(B2)组与C组比较.结果 A1、A2、B1和B2组血浆内脏脂肪素水平均明显高于C组(P<0.05);PCOS患者血浆内脏脂肪素与FIns、IRI呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论 血浆内脏脂肪素在PCOS患者血浆中明显升高,与胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、糖尿病和脂代谢异常等代谢紊乱密切相关.“,”Objective To study the significance of plasma visfatin in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Fasting blood glucose( FBG), fasting insulin ( Fins), plasma triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), plasma visfatin were examined in 53 PCOS cases and 27 normal subjects as the controls. The insulin resistance index(IRI) and body mass index(BMI) were calculated. The PCOS cases were subdivided into with insulin resistance (group Al) and without resistance( group A2), or with obesity (group B1) and without obesity (group B2). Results Plasma level of visfatin was significantly higher in groups of A1, A2, B1 and B2 than that in the controls. Plasma visfatin was positively corelated to Fins and IRI (P<0. 05). Conclusion Plasma visfatin in PCOS patients is significantly increased, which is closely related to insulin resistance, obesity, diabetes and abnormal lipid metabolism.
