当弗里德曼写作《世界是平的》之时,商业刚刚进入以Web2.0为特征的信息化二次升级时代。在Web2.0时代里创造出来的新商业形态:免费、长尾、众包、维基、搜索引擎、博客、部落、视频等,突然在2008年发生了质变,一个过去靠接受大众媒体(包括互联网)信息,然后口碑传播、再反馈到大众媒体的信息传播路径,被“拷贝”Twitter及Facebook每条只能发140个字符的“A2C”(美国到中国)新浪微博颠覆。新商业时代在中国的纪元年是2008年,标志是新浪微博的诞生。
When Friedman wrote “The World Is Flat,” commerce has just entered an era of second-generation informationalization characterized by Web 2.0.
