以二乙二胺和二茂铁甲醛为原料在无水乙醇中合成了二已三胺双缩二茂铁甲醛酉佛碱;FcCH=NCH2CH2NHCH2CH2N=CHFc及其与铜和钴的配合物:CuLCl2·7H2O,CoLCl2·6H2O.通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR及摩尔电导的测定对配合物进行了表征.通过抑菌活性实验知钻配合物具有非常强的抑杀金黄色葡萄球菌的能力.
Synthesis of bis (triamide) and bis (ferrocenecarboxaldehyde) monounsaturate with diethylenediamine and ferrocene as raw materials in anhydrous ethanol; FcCH = NCH2CH2NHCH2CH2N = CHFc and its complex with copper and cobalt: CuLCl2 · 7H2O, CoLCl2.6H2O. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and molar conductance. By antibacterial activity experiments know that the diamond complex has a very strong ability to inhibit Staphylococcus aureus.
