胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中提出:“扎实推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设,把反腐倡廉建设放在更加突出的位置。”为当前党风廉政和反腐败工作指明了方向,而反腐倡廉教育工作是惩防体系建设、反腐倡廉建设的基础,因此我们必须要科学筹划反腐倡廉教育工作,突出教育的预防功能,把反腐倡廉建设更加引向深入。
