新的教育改革要求用发展性评价去衡量和评价教师,而教学档案袋评价作为发展性评价的有效方式,在新一轮教育质量评价改革中应运而生。因此,本文应用教学档案袋评价,运用文献调研、案例分析和访谈等研究方法,借助网络信息平台,构建开发电子教学档案袋评价管理系统,以评价教师的教学能力为切入点,克服传统评价模式的弊端和不足,力求科学、客观、全面评价教师,从而促进教师教学能力的提升和专业素质的发展。
The new education reform calls for the use of the developmental evaluation to measure and evaluate the teachers. However, the evaluation of the teaching portfolio as an effective way for the developmental evaluation is a new round of education quality evaluation reform. Therefore, this article uses the teaching portfolio evaluation, using literature research, case studies and interviews and other research methods, with the help of network information platform to build and develop the e-teaching portfolio evaluation management system to evaluate the teacher’s teaching ability as the starting point to overcome the traditional evaluation model The disadvantages and shortcomings, and strive to scientific, objective and comprehensive evaluation of teachers, thus promoting the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability and professional quality development.
